Hi.
I have a computer running SuSE 6.3. I have it still running under 6.3 due to some reasons.
I want now to upgrade it to 7.3 that I also have.
Will there be any known problems if I do that BIG jump ??.
Yeah, alot of file locations have changed, most notably conf.modules is now modules.conf. You can try the upgrade, it may work, but most people recommend a fresh install with that kind of jump.
The reason why I do not made a new install is that I have software that maybe cannot run under 7.3. Else I have been update to 7.3. -- Med venlig hilsen / Best regards /vy73 de oz4kk. Erik Jakobsen - erik@urbakken.dk SuSE Linux 7.3.
