I am subscribed to updates of SuSE Pro edition. Anyway... 7.3 never arrived. I tried several times to write bestellung@suse.de, order@suse.de, suse@suse.de, presales@suse.de, and others.... asking why I do not receive updates any more. Never received NO ANSWER.
I believe that the updates programme has been discontinued.
I like SuSE... but something is wrong with my email software (Kmail by the way :-) or the people at SuSE attending customers.
I would hate to move to Debian just because lack of service.
