Hi Jerry, I was just taking a look at your site, and I wanted to thank-you for the new link you have there for FaithTree.com! Thanks! BTW, did you find a printer yet?
Have a good night. :-)

Thanks Tim! Well, I moved my old BJC-620 from my wife's machine to mine. With the economy going down the tubes I think in another month or two there will be some good buys on PC stuff available. I saw some msgs about some folks having trouble with the upgrade process and decided to give it a try. I had used the "install about everything" option when I had done a clean install of 7.2, so I used the same option to do an upgrade to 7.3. Total disaster. Nothing worked. So, I did my usual clean install, of SuSE 7.3 Pro, using the "install about everyting" option. It turned out to be the best install I've ever experienced! Every piece of hardware was detected and setup automatcially, except for the routing table. I became brain dead and got stuck in a mental rut before I realized what I was doing wrong. Then it took only a minute to set the routing table so this work station could connect through my wifes PC-firewall-dhcp server to the internet. Just gotta love that SuSE! jlk
