Yes this is my point, it should not try to recover the filesystem by the slow
scanning of the disk, but use the information stored in the journal.

No journaling file system is designed to handle "pulling the power plug". You will eventually brake your hard drive.
Journaling filesystems have as one of their objectives to keep the data structures that contain filesystem information as up to date as possible. That way, in the event of a system crash, the filesystem can be brought back to a consistent state in a very short time.
Pulling the plug or just switching the power off of your computer at the wrong moment may cause physical damage to your hard drives and you can kiss your data goodbye.
