Yes, after this:
AllowOverride None
Options None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
Add this:
#
Options ExecCGI
AddHandler cgi-script .cgi .pl
</DirectoryMatch>
Change "nameofhomedirectory" to the required username. I couldn't get the
regexp method working on my system (Apache 1.3.19)* so this will do to help
you get by (you only have one user anyway).
*Options ExecCGI is off in this directory:
/home/mw290364/public_html/cgi-bin/test.cgi
Put the following in a file and save in CGI-BIN as test.cgi making sure that
the folder and file is CHMOD 755:
#!/usr/bin/perl
print "Content-type: text/html\n\n";
print "Show me the monkey";
