Back again. PnP and Sound question

Hello, After successfuly getting my SB1024 to run on 7.2 by disabling PnP in the Bios, sound now does not work under Windows 98 without re-enabling PnP. This does not worry me too much, but my son uses Win98 for his games, and if I can avoid him having to lurk in the BIOS setup I would be happier. There seems to be an option in the BIOS concerning irq allocations to PCI slots .. is this a helpful path to persue ? Thanks. -- Regards Cliff
