I get the feeling that some people missed my post to the thread about replying to the list... To recap: (From Help) "Message->Reply List... (L) Opens up the Composer with the To: field set to the mailing list address. Of course this will only work if you configured the current folder to be associated with a mailing list. Otherwise the To: field will be empty." Works with KMail 2.1.2 (which I use) I can't say for different versions, though I suspect the KDE team would keep such a nifty feature in later versions. I know that one might use the 'right-click-send-reply-to:' feature as well, but just pressing "L" seems to me to be, by far, the easiest method... (Lazyness prevails ;-) This is *not* meant to start a new (bandwidth consuming) thread of the pros/cons of this or that setup... it's just a heads up for those who a: didn't know about this shortcut b: got tired of the other thread(s) and c: subsequently started ignoring/filtering/deleting those messages Regards Jon Clausen My *personal* opinion about that other subject: Leave the list as it is... those automated replies *really* are a royal PITA, this setup prevents my mailbox getting flooded, I'm happy... Sidenote: Don't know about Mutt (never used it), but it is my impression, that since Linux in general is *so* configurable, it should be possible to make something like the "L" shortcut in KMail work in Mutt...(?) Something for someone to look into perchance?
