Help, i have some problems that after i installed 7.2. When i boot up my machine and log into kde as root and as user the x-console says: linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-slot-1 linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-service-1-0 linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-slot-1 linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-service-1-0 linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-service-1-0 linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-slot-1 linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-service-1-0 linux modprobe: modprobe: can't locate module sound-slot-1 and i would also get a can't find char-major-115 now for some reason i get the above messages only when i log into root and not as user. the sound seems to work fine; I have a sound blaster live value sound card and configured sound with yast2 which it recognized the emu10k1 module. I also tried configuring the joystick according to the manual but the joystick module is not recognized any help would be appreciated Harry A.
