Hello Linux folkz, Could somebody tell me please through which port my Linux box gives up its host name and internal network name to the Internet when SMB is being run? As soon as I shut down SMB daemons it's not giving away any host or network name to the Internet. I thought it was port 139. I explicitely set iptables rules to drop all connections on it. But it didn't change anything. Could somebody tell me please what port should be blocked to prevent host and network name information leak to the Internet. Many thanks in advance.
