Hi, I've installed Red Hat Linux a few times and Debian Linux several times, but never have I been as stumped as I am about installing SuSe. Is it possible to install SuSe 7.2 from a harddrive? I downloaded everything in the 7.2 directory of the SuSe download site and am having trouble figuring out how to start an installation from the harddrive. The floppy image in /disks/bootdisk seems to be only from installing from the CD. I'd burn a CD if I could, but that seems to be impossible considering that the entire SuSe 7.2 download is almost 5GB. I also tried running setup.exe from the main directory, but that led me to knowhere. It just seems to be an interface for installing the same /disks/bootdisk image that loads the install from CD and the harddrive option only seems to be setting up a Loadlin for running Linux *once it's installed*. Please tell me it's possible to install SuSe from a DOS partition. I'm running WinMe so I use the WinMe startup disk to get an MS-DOS prompt if that helps any.
