On that email from SuSE was information about the company that is processing your order. It should have contact information - mine has address, phone and email. Why not contact the company and find out what they are doing with the order? The company processing my order (in the Netherlands) phoned me to confirm shipping details about 8 days ago... but I still have not got my copy of the software. Sigh Clayton
