Man I am come to think Canadian Customs are a bunch of Nazis? What to heck do you guys write on the customs sheet? "Encrypted source code for new secret role playing game"? You know simply "CD" would have done it. You have to be truthful but not too specific in these cases. A customs sheet is there to tell whats in the package not what is the use of the items inside the package. Let them guess what a CD is for. For instance I send a harddrive to Australia with a full version of Linux on it including crypto as well as a full mirror of suse.com. I only said harddrive not that it had Linux on it and crypto packages. You are hurting yourself by exposing so much information. But maybe I am wrong and Canada is just veyr strict on this. mk

I burned it onto a CD and gave it to a friend from New York who was in England and about to go back there. She sent it on from NYC to my collegue in Toronto. The CD was refused entry by Canadian customs on the grounds that it have security implications (it was source code for a multiplayer role playing game server).
Eventually I just attached it to to an e-mail and put up with the slow modem link :)
