I have played this link in Netscape without any problems and the other one you mention re: hockey tips. If you start the Realplayer and select mime and plugin install from the help menu, you should be able to integrate Realplayer into Netscape and play these files. At least, that is what I did. Good luck Eddie On Thursday 19 April 2001 23:34, longusername@ntlworld.com wrote:

When I go to this link in Netscape it loads the web page and gives the controls for stop, play etc, but does not load up RealPlayer and does not play the video.
It says something like You need a plugin which you can get from Netscape.
RealPlayer is installed on my Suse Linux 7.1 machine and it does load up for other audio and video files straight out of Netscape. I have tried entering a new association for .rm extensions of MIME type audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin and made it point to the RealPlayer the same as other associations do. Still no luck.
It seems that this web page uses JavaScript. Could it be that this JS is not compatible with the Linux version of Netscape? I have tried this url in Windows Netscape and it works fine. Is there anything I can do to get this video clip working in Netscape or do I have to use windows.
Also, is there any way of getting the RealPlayer plugin to work out Konqueror or, for that matter, Opera or the StarOffice browser.
Please help if you can, because I have spent a lot of time trying to get this thing to work but to no avail.
Thank you.
