koffice: Couldn't find the native MimeType in kword's desktop file. Check your installation

      Dear All,

	I compiled koffice for kde-2.1.1 from source (+all the rest).
Whenever I start kword I get that error message right now.
...
koffice (lib kofficecore): ERROR: Couldn't find the native MimeType in 
kword's desktop file. Check your installation !
Does that message refer to kword.desktop?
...
ls -l /opt/kde/share/applnk/Office/kword.desktop
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root         2424 Apr 21 18:24 
/opt/kde/share/applnk/Office/kword.desktop
