If you downloaded the whole thing, you have the sources in suse/d2 the packets are lx_suse22.rpm ( the 2.2.18 kernel sources) and lx_suse24.rpm ( 2.2.24 ) So you probably already have them aboard. Follow the howto ( take a look in /usr/share/doc/howto/en/html/Kernel-HOWTO-* ) and enjoy, try to read as much as you can while it compiles; the more you understand the more you'll enjoy yourself Greetz --
