-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello Alex, To my knowledge, there is no hpux emulator available for linux, and as such. linux is barely supported on the parisc platform. Emulating other platforms requires quite some amount of horsepower, and the parisc platform is one of the more obscure platforms availble, and thus not anyones pet-project of choice to create :-) I'd recommend that you buy yourself some used parisc hardware to run the program, or find an intel based counterpart. Used HP9K's can be found for not so many $'s on the net. - -tosi
Hello Konstantin, Thank you for your reply. No, I'm not gonna run Lunux on any kind of RISC platforms, just a regular PC with sufficient amount of RAM. Could you tell me please where I can get this PA-RISC emulator. What else should I install in order to run HP-UX software? Thank you in advance. Alex

Are you going to run Linux on PA-RISC? If you want to use Intel you need PA-RISC emulator too, besides HP-UX environment.

Hello Linux folkz, Does somebody know if there any HP-UX emulators for Linux? We have some proprietary HP-UX applications without a source code. Is it possible to emulate HP-UX environment to run them on Linux? Thank you in advance for any thoughts. Alex
