There is someone that tell me how
using YAST2 I can assign a second ip as alias of the eth0?
Interesting point. It does not look possible at the moment. You can use YaST to do this: YaST -> System Administration -> Integrate Hardware into system Here you have to create a new device: eth0:0 and use the same module (network card driver) as your existing eth0 interface. Next you need to add the IP address to this new device: YaST -> System Administration -> Network Configuration -> Network base configuration In this screen you highlight the next available row, and press <F5>. In this screen, select <Enter other device>, and add the device eth0:0. Once this is done, you need to add the IP Address (use <f6>) as well as activating the card (use <F4>). Then reboot the machine, or restart the networking (rcnetwork restart, rcroute start). That should do it.
