Being that my Linux box is behind a Firewall and most of the time it's not connected to the rest of the world anyway I would like to relax the security setting globally (as in even more than "easy local").
How is this easily done?
Edit your /etc/permissions.easy file, and add or change any values you like. Then run SuSEconfig.
