I would suggest FILTERS , most modern email prgrams allow them, the
rules can be as easy or complex as you wish.
I'd also say, depending on how you like to save your emails , try
polarbar mailer www.polarbar.org a completly portable solution ( it
stores teh eamil as *.pop these are actually just plain text .. I've
been using it since it's inception , and it's pretty zippy for a java
program ( I guess that might depend on the jvm ) ANd if you want
something added or reworked or whatever, you can join the list and
suggest away.
( for me the best feature is still the non proprietery way of storing
emails. After all in computing , stuff breaks , peopel decide to stop
making or supporting products .. chit happens, and if you have a few
years of what have become business records , by virtue of your web
design or whatever ebusiness ( or regular biz, if you're just a totally
cpnnected type >g>) YOu dont want to be stuck having to convert several
hundred emails by hand ( several thou? )
oh yeah it's a free program , even tho it was origionally started by a
for profit company.
