Hi, all,
I am a linux-newbie, but determined to study it as good as possible. Therefor I'd like to have more than one distribution on my computer. I have a new 30Gb HD as a slave. The 6.4Gb master is for windows 98. On the 30Gb I can make sevaral partitions with Partition Magic. The problem is: how can I configure LILO so that it will be possible to have more distro's (Suse, RedHat and Debian) and make a choice between them (and win98) at the lilo-prompt? And next: do I need 3 swap-partitions or can I do with one for all three distro's? Remember: I'm a newbie, so keep your answer simple.....

Here is how you fish: Go to http://www.google.com and enter "LILO HOWTO" and press the search button. <p> -- Scientific theories, according to Sir Karl Popper, can be "falsified," or proven wrong, by experiment. Unscientific theories -Marxist dialectical history and Freudian psychology were Popper's favorites- are formed in such a way that they cannot be falsified by data.
