Hi Upgraded my 6.4 to 7.0

one annoyance is that although all the help packages installed, the main index.html (suse 7.0 ) doesnt show the support databases as installed. Id like SuSEConfig to update this page to show the correct links. Anyone know how to do this short of manually editing the page.

Not sure about 7.0 but on 6.4, make sure these variables are set as follows in /etc/rc.config. DOC_HOST="localhost" DOC_SERVER="yes" DOC_ALLOW="LOCAL" Then run SuSEConfig. Then run /usr/sbin/suserundig. That will create ans index the database. Then in a terminal run hilfe. -- Mark Hounschell dmarkh@cfl.rr.com
