I have a SuSE 6.3 working like a file server in a LAN but days ago when I try to boot the system I receive this msg.: ... Parallelizing fsck version 1.17(26-Oct-1999) /dev/hda3 contains a file system with errors, check forced /dev/hda3 Deleted inode 83460 has zero dtime. FIXED. /dev/hda3 Inode 179661 has illegal blocks /dev/hda3 : UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; run fsck manually (i.e.; without -a or -p options) failed loading keymap qwerty/us -acentos.map.gz done fsck failed. Please repair manually and rebbot. The root file system is currently mounted read-only. To remount it read-write do : bash # mount -n -o remount, rw / Attention : Only CONTROL-D will reboot the system in this maintanance mode. Shutdown or reboot will not work. Give root password to login : (I input with pass and receive... ) (none):~ # So I use e2fsck -y /dev/hda3 The system run clearing and fixing everything till the option: A - Block bitmap differences fix (y) - 2373591 I say yes and ... B - Block bitmap differences fix (y) -1456087 -1718231 I say yes again and just repeat to me the question A and B again again and again. Please help me !!
