I wish O'Reilly had book like "Learning Red Hat Linux" for SuSE that I could recommend... but then, why not start with the documentation SuSE gives you? After that, I would recommend _Running Linux_ from O'Reilly.
Between the SuSE documentation and "Running Linux" I have "Linux to go" from R. Grace / T. Parker. It puts the most important subjects and practical skills on the foreground (e.g., understanding the directory tree, explaining device names) and sets a proper context. Without this book, i would have to study for a few months before I could even save something to floppy! For me, it makes reading the O'Reilly book easier. h -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
