Well, I for one consider the reply from Ben Rosenberg (a SuSE employee) to be incredibly arrogant. Right or wrong, you are a paying customer who doesn't feel that they received proper attention from SuSE support. Instead of nicely explaining that Appendix H defines what is covered Ben chose to mention "heads in orifices". I also had the brush off from SuSE support (they said they were too busy to fix susefax and sendfax in 6.4). While they weren't abusive with me I was just ignored afterward. For the first time in two years I will not be buying the latest release. Perhaps it's just me but I think SuSE has changed for the worst. Gerry Doris
