Hello. Another question from Holland. This is, I think (and hope) a simple question, but for me it is hard to get it going... I like to print something in linux. The normal ASCII tekst works "cat 123>lp0" But when I want to print something in a program it doens't work. I see it goes in the queue ( viewed by klpq) but it will never hit the paper. In the logbooks there is a message the parport is a pcstyle at SSP, so that would be fine too. Does anybody know how I easy can print something, especially HTML documents? I know there is a gs command, but what parameters should be used? Isn't there a simple step by step guide to let helpless students as me get a fast print without the whole evening hacking the printer spool... :) O, I have a HP660C printer wich is supported by SuSE, so that would not be a problem Thanks in Advance -- The Seventh Commandments for Technicians Work thou not on energized equipment, for if thou dost, thy fellow workers will surely buy beers for thy widow and console her in other ways. -------------------------------------- This Email is 100% Virus Free!
