Hi SuSErs :)
What does "SO" imply, as in ~ ~ ld.so.cache ?
Thanks
I believe it's "Shared Object" as opposed to a static object file. It's a way of having 1 instance of a library shared between more than 1 running application. Old static libs have .o endings. -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
