Hi, I'm getting a chance to put a Suse 6.4 machine on a T1 connection, which I will have to remotely administer. It is a standalone machine, but may have a subnet on it eventually. For now it will host websites, and ftp, etc. I have ssh2 installed for remote administration, and switched to xinetd from inetd. I have the machine stripped down to it's basics--- no compilers, games, etc. What else should I do? Should I have some sort of port scan logging or firewall, even if it's a standalone machine? I would appreciate any pointers, Thank You. -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
