[SLE] OpenSSH question, about starting up the service

I've set up OpenSSH from tarballs, and I've got the server running, the only thing is that I cannot make it start using rc.config, but I have to use it from /sbin/init/boot.local. Is there a way to make it so it boots like any other service?
