The problem with many of the recent Outbreak Express viruses (or more accurately worms) is that they replicate through the Outbreak address book without the knowledge of the user. This is also tru of the Pretty Park and Happy99 worms which use Winsock.dll to replicate themselves. It is trivial to inline a M$ VBS script in a mail message.
