Hello Agustina, on Friday, June 23, 2000 at 10:08:13 -0300, you sat in front of your keyboard and wrote:
Hi,
While I am compiling a new kernel using the make zlilo command, I get the follow message:
Tools/build bootsect sect compressed/vmlinux.out CURRENT > zImage Root device is (3,3) Boot sector 512 bytes setup is 2307 bytes System is 615 Kb System is too big. Try using bzImage or modules make[1]: *** [zImage]Error 1 make: *** [zlilo] Error 2
The boot filesystem, using the df command has this capacity:
Available: 3346 53%
Any Idea?
Any Solution:?
You seem to have configured a lot of stuff to be build into the kernel
instead of into modules. Modularize them or compile the kernel with
'make bzlilo'.
