Hi there, I've just been trawling the mail archives looking for info on raid 1 when I saw your message. I have exactly the same problem as you. Did you get it sorted and if so - how? I have two Quantum 20G drives and I want to mirror hda3 and hdc3 but I get the same error when I execute the "mkraid /dev/md0" command as you do. I have removed the mdutils package and re-installed the raidtools package as I thought they may be conflicting with each other. I went to d/l the most recent raidtools only to find that it was the most recent on the 6.4 CD. Any help would be most appreciated.
