Downloaded the comlete Helix Gnome for suSE 6.4. IMHO it's just a terrible piece of bloatware - some extra 150 megs extra on my HD with no obvious advantages over what one gets from suSE, and I couldn't start mc, thus couldn't start gmc, thus couldnt start a gnome-session (panel works, though) and the sound that Helix'esound produce are terrible - Homer sounds like Donald Duck, etc etc The version of GNOME I want to reinstall is the one that was on ftp.suse.com's contrib- directory some weeks ago. It seems to have disappeared from there. Does anyone know where it can be found now? -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
