hi;
you need to install some packages from the CD. ex: gtk under d (development), etc. You'll see others.

The packages are installed. I tried to 'ln -s libgdk.so libgdk.so.0.0.7' (for instance), and it told me that the link was already there. I've searched for ALL the packages that were not found, and they -are- installed and -are- linked. So why is ldconfig giving me: /sbin/ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/libglib.so not found. /sbin/ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/libgmodule.so not found. /sbin/ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/libgthread.so not found. /sbin/ldconfig: Input file /usr/lib/libgdk.so not found.? -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
