Hey Why are you using my domain?!!?!?!? I am the legal owner of Brevsville.com.au you have no right to use it. On Mon, 5 Jun 2000 09:54:57 -0400 (EDT), groverl@brevsville.com.au wrote:
I recently switched from the 3.20.32a GPL version of MySQL to the latest 3.22 release and installed it using the RPM distribution. While 3.20 ran fine, the new version exits every time that I try to run the daemon, as all of the .ISM files are missing. When I run MySQL with the option not to use the grant tables, it seems to run fine, only to have a problem connecting to any of my databases as *their* .ISM files are missing. I have tried to locate any .ISM files on my entire mount and find none. When I run mysql_install_db to create the tables, no .ISM files are created. How do I go about installing the necessary ISM files and ensuring that my databases are created with the proper ISM files?
I am working on a Quad Xeon with RedHat 6.1 standard. Thanks. BTW, please respond via e-mail as I am not always diligent about checking the mailing list.
