This problem began after I was messing around with html2ps and piping to lpr (which I now know was unnecessary. Was fine before.
Look at /etc/apsfilterrc and /etc/apsfilterrc.yourprinter and change them accordingly. The entry that sets print to 2 pages per sheets is "FEATURE=2n" Alvaro Novo SuSE 6.3 Kernel 2.2.13 KDE 1.1.2
