You're in it :-) I haven't been here that long myself, but I haven't seen a question that hasn't been answered rapidly, good-naturedly, and without flames re: RTFM etc. It's the best group of its' type I've seen yet. (But the operating system we all use is the best too, so what would you expect!)
One more where is the fastest ftp site in ASIA for find SuSE program in RPM format ?
I find that the Internet d/l speed varies regardless of how close the server is (particularly on a dialup connection.) I'm in Australia myself, and some days it's quicker to d/l from Europe sites than from Sydney! I generally go to freshmeat first. A lot of the links from there will ask for your nearest server to d/l from.
