I don't think its a bug...its a feature of Netscape itself. I've experienced this feature for as long as I can remember Netscape in SuSE (5.2? 5.3?).
Well, this is a _bug_. Had it been a _feature_, it would've been consistent across different platforms. ;-) In my personal experience, Win32 Solaris Linux: RedHat/Mandrake and even SuSE itself (when the script is bypassed) do not have this _bug_.
