You can send that f*cked message in serveral ways, some could work while some others not, but now as you're knowledged is enough and i don't want to offend you again, solve your problem by yourself, the cron and mail services on my seven hosts are working right.

I think perhaps you should restart cron (/sbin/init.d/cron restart) and, of course, have your email subsystem (typically sendmail) working right too.
