install winodws to disk one , reboot , reboot agien when it works fine , install linux to disk 2 (whatch tour dev hd ??? and make sure you are partioning drive 2 , install all your linux partions and map them , you will want to make a boot disk. reboot and run lilo , add two entries , one for dos , boot dos I think is the chioce, then linux , boot linux and pass it your /boot partion ( create a small /boot partion 5 meg at very start of 2nd (linux) drive , and then chose MBR as well.
