Now okay, I've got a lot of hard disk, and I'm no fan of Windows, but isn't that a lot?
Well, yes, but considering that it's all free and you don't have to install it all, it's pretty damned useful. Remember, "almost everything" means almost everything and there are 6 CDs. Greg

okay, I've pre-ordered 6.4 and am tring to set up my hard disks. How much space am I going to need for an "almost everything" install.
If you're setting up, use ~10 Mb for boot, 128 Mb for swap and roughly 8 Gig for / AFAIR.
