Hello, Looking at the dates for the glx module on the nvidia web page, it looks like there is a newer version than the one included on the 6.3 distribution. Will this new version be made available as an upgrade for 6.3, or will I have to load 6.4 to get it? I tried the one included on 6.3, and it did make things run a LOT faster, but it also caused a large number of artifacts - lines that shouldn't be there, etc. This made it unusable for my applications. I am hoping some more work has been done to clean things up in the newer version. On an aside, anyone plugged into the XFree86 project? What is the story with Nvidia chipsets and the DRI in 4.0? Has nvidia's commitment to a commercial "official" openGL implementation killed support for XFree86?
