You should find it in one of the bind packages. On my (SuSE 6.1) system it's in bind-4.9.7-59.

Am using yast to update kde on my 6.2 from ftp.suse.com.
All was going well until i got the error message 'error storing record ld_linux.so.2 into //var/lib/rpm/requiredby.rpm'. I haven't been able to update anything since...I keep getting this error.
Would someone shed some light for me and tell what it means?
