hello all I've got a message error when booting since I've rebuilt a new kernel to fit my hardware. I don't know which option I changed from the Suse stock kernel but now, when booting I've got an error message about "devpts" (it has something to do with modprobe and the /proc/devpts filesystme not supported by the kernel). I'm using a 2.2.10 kernel with suse 6.2 and did : make dep; make clean; make bzImage; make modules; make modules_install; make bzlilo; depmod -a in the /usr/src/linux directory now everything works fine except my scsi cdromwriter because the "auto" option for the filesystem in /etc/fstab doesn't seem to be supported. any idear ?
