Hi, I seem to be having a problem compiling mozilla on a system which was originally installed with SuSE 5.3, then updated to 6.1 and recently updated to 6.3. I do not remember having too many problems updating my system. However I do not have problems compiling mozilla on a system which was installed cleanly at work. When I compare my home system with one at work I can see that the following is installed on my home machine: libc-99.4.14-0 libcinfo-99.4.14-0 libd-99.4.14-0 localedb-99.4.14-0 but on my work machine I have: libc-2.1.2-24 libcinfo-2.1.2-24 libd-2.1.2-24 localedb-2.1.2-24 So I would like to know : is the above usual ? should I upgrade my libc stuff ? and if yes how ? ( as I guess I would have problems if I first removed the old libc before trying to install the new one :-) Thanks, CP -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
