from inetd.conf:
ftp stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.ftpd
I can't find an ftp log anywhere.
Do I have to enable logging or something similar?
Yes, you need to add one of the options -l, -ll, -d or -S to the line in inetd.conf, whichever is appropriate for your use. Have a look at `man ftpd' for a description of the options.
