Did the test get thru or just not get rejected. IIRC, qmail does authentication after the incoming mail is accepted by the SMTP server. Attempts to relay are not rejected outright, they are just dropped in the bit bucket.
5 of 6 tests were rejected outright, while the 6th was not rejected (according to the test page, this doesn't necessarily mean that relaying was permitted, just that the attempt didn't bounce. The lack of certainty is due to the page authors desire not to send test spam). I'm hoping that since I followed the default install, and that qmail by default doesn't allow relays, that this was a false positive relay.
