Could somebody advise me a good 32 MB or 64 MB AGP graphic card that will work well with all Linux graphic intensive applications. Does somebody know if new Matrox G400 32 MB AGP card will work with Linux?
My son uses a G400 with 32 megs with SuSE 6.3. However, I don't know if the multi head feature works with linux using xfree86. I do know one of the commercial servers does support the multi head feature, I am not sure which one, perhaps Accelerated X. I also seem to remember that the G400 was listed as the fastest with the commercial x server tests, but you would have to check their web pages, it has been a while since I saw that note on Linux Today. joe -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
