Hi, All - OK, i finally got my partner's machine set up so she can mount some directories i have on my system via nfs. I have given permissions for read and executable access to these directories in /etc/exports. What i want to do is allow her to access the Web through my machine, which is hooked up to the ADSL modem. Yes, my machine's set up as both router and gateway. As far as i know, the only problems i seem to be having are getting the permissions right: she can mount the directories, but can't use any of the executables. I understand the logic of this security, but i'nm not sure what to do about it so that she can get online. Any ideas are gratefully accepted!
