I don't think it's neccesary to import pages with full history from the english to the german wiki, as the content will be rewritten completely anyway. This only makes sense when transitioning from the old english to the new english wiki for example. So I'd suggest to either directly start with a german version of that page, or import it without history (74KB).
Maybe someone else will follow this suggestion. And maybe someone else would also compile a program written for openSUSE to a version for Ubuntu without citing the original authors in this 'new' package. I do not intent to 1) write a complete new article *nor* 2) translate the work of others without naming the authors and so violate the licence ( GNU Free Documentation License) *nor* 3) go through the hole history and pick up the authors manually In addition it makes much sense to see the original changes also in an other language - for example if something seems to be wrong and you want to try to retrace the cause of the fault. So whoever wants to act in that way - have a lot of fun especially with the still buggy "Terms and Conditions" Martin Seidler -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+help@opensuse.org
