Yes, now the map looks much better than yesterday. But do the users know now which of the seven "most crucial waypoints" is the (main) place of the conference? The map is now centrated on the main railway station of Nuremberg (Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg), isn't it? (I moved the now orphend discussion page to http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE_talk:Conference_map. And I added a link to the mailinglist archive to improve the openness a bit.)
